Performs computer hardware and software installation and configuration. Troubleshoots general problems under the direction of a higher level of support. Investigate system problems and provide solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment. Follows established processes and procedures to plan, install, test, and implement computer system hardware or software technologies. Install, test, and repair computer systems on the customer site. Interact with customers responding to technical questions or requests for information. Diagnose and resolve issues that span both desktop.
