Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Ludhiana. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering network infrastructure, ensuring robust network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting IT systems. The role also includes collaborating with teams to resolve IT-related inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to internal users.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology systems
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related technical issues
• In-depth knowledge of Network Security principles and practices
• Customer Service skills to assist and support internal stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in networking or IT management are an advantage
