Required Technical Skill Set - ITIL, ITSM, International Voice Exper, Technical support

Desired Experience Range - 4-6 years

Location of Requirement - Kolkata

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Excellent communication skills
• Voice Support Experience
• L1 Technical support experience for retail domain
• Hands on exp of Service Now ticketing tool & Active directory will be an added advantage
• Chat Support experience
• Should be familiar with remote support for end users
• Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
• Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO
• Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project
• Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1. Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
2. Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions/boundaries.
3. Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24*7 support (managing multiple accounts
