Job Description

As a Systems Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7/365 availability of all systems, applications, and infrastructure. Your role will involve understanding IT processes and procedures and following them diligently. You will be in charge of provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintaining Active Directory user accounts on multiple domains, as well as managing Active directory security Groups and service accounts. Additionally, you will provision and troubleshoot email accounts on O365, ensuring synchronization with AD accounts. Your responsibilities will also include managing and implementing active directory standards, developing documentation for issue resolution procedures, running reports via Active Directory, and effectively communicating technical problems to a non-technical audience. Experience with ServiceNow/Salesforce and the ability to run reports within ServiceNow, along with a good understanding of customer service practices, will be beneficial for this role. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts based on customer requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Minimum in IT or similar domain - Good communication skills - Understanding of technical skills such as Basic Networking, Active Directory, Service Request Management, O365 Tools, PC/Laptop,
