Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  sourcing, screening, and shortlisting

  potential IT candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand

  technical requirements

  and role expectations.
• Schedule and follow up on

  interviews

  with candidates.
• Maintain and update

  candidate databases and reports

  regularly.
• Support the end-to-end

  recruitment life cycle

  for various IT positions (junior to senior levels).
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn about IT roles and recruitment tools.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.
