As an experienced recruiter in Bhubaneswar, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting CVs from job portals and internal database. - Arrange interviews in person, telephonic, and video-conferencing modes. - Maintain interview status and update the same in the company's portal and to candidates. - Utilize different job portals, employee referrals, social media, etc., for sourcing candidates. - Follow up with candidates until joining and assist in the onboarding process. - Support the team in budget preparation, manpower planning, and other HR related activities as required.
