Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter located in Jaipur. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, conducting technical recruiting, and fulfilling hiring needs. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT talent, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of recruitment or interest in the HR field.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is a plus.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the tech industry.
