Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher to 2 Yrs Experience ) to join our growing HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about talent acquisition, particularly in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and the willingness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and requirements to identify the best talent.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability based on technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
• Assist in drafting job postings and creating hiring campaigns for IT positions.
• Learn and implement IT recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., programming languages, software development, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and processes in recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
