Role Overview

As an entry-level Project Manager, you will oversee custom projects including websites, low-code/no-code solutions, and innovative tech implementations. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. We need someone who takes ownership and drives results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of custom projects, including websites, applications, and digital solutions.
• Lead low-code/no-code development initiatives and technology implementations.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize project workflows and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing client expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Freshers or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or team management.
• Preferably from IT background or demonstrated hustle with ownership mindset.
• Experience with custom development projects and client management.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and modern development practices.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for project optimization and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
