Role Overview: As the IT Manager, you will be tasked with leading and managing end-to-end B2B integration initiatives across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP, SOA architecture, and Azure cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will include overseeing technical design, implementation, and support of B2B solutions to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation between business partners. Your expertise in project management and collaboration with external partners and vendors will be essential for implementing and optimizing B2B integrations. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvements, maintain integration governance, and uphold system reliability and compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, design, and execution of B2B integration projects involving Oracle ERP, SOA, and Azure platforms. - Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with internal business units, technical teams, and external partners to define and implement B2B integration strategies. - Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between enterprise systems and trading partners. - Oversee system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive continuous improvement of integration processes. - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with partners for successful B2B onboarding and implementation. - Develop and maintain integration documentation, technical standards, and governance processes. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance integration efficiency. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and technical specialists in delivering high-quality integration solutions. - Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and corporate policies in all integration activities.
