Information Technology Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers

Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.

Troubleshooting system and server errors.

Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.

Managing user access.

Monitoring system performance.

Maintaining and creating system backups.

Knowledge on WAN, Working with Vendors for Link issue.

Network :

Maintaining and Administering companys computer network and Maintenance of Routers & switches,,Desktops, Laptops, Printers and all IT Related Equipment’s (Proximity Machines, Switches, Wi-Fi Devices, Proxim Devices, HHT, Bio metric Devices and Projectors etc.) on LAN Connectivity.

Office 365 :

Configuration and installation of Microsoft outlook client and ensure user have access to email all the time without any delays in mailbox. Supporting user for Office Setup, Email on mobile devices, Outlook on the web and OneDrive for Business.

Oracle Modules :

To ensure all modules (HCM,WMS,OTM,EBSPROD) running smoothly without any errors

CCTV Camera Surveillance:

Installation and Configuration of cctv cameras in Company.

Basic Skills and Competencies

Hardware troubleshooting, networking, Windows operating system, Technically and professionally skilled in all position responsibilities and duties.

Providing technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
