Job Description

Job Title: Network Administrator (Individual Contributor Role)

Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi - Work From Office

Experience: 1-3 Years (can be adjusted as per requirement)

Budget : Up to 25 K CTC (Please don't apply who are not coming under this budget)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, managing server operations, setting up systems for new joiners,

maintaining data backups, and overseeing IT inventory.


Key Responsibilities:

● Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks and server infrastructure.

● Manage and maintain company servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

● Implement and manage data backup procedures to ensure data security and recovery.

● Set up and configure systems (hardware and software) for new joiners, ensuring timely onboarding.

● Manage and track IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other assets.

● Ensure all systems and network components are up to date with security patches and upgrades.

● Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues promptly.

● Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, server setups, inventory logs, and user configurations.

● Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security protocols.

● Coordinate with third-party vendors or service providers for system

upgrades or troubleshooting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

● Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

● Experience with server management (Windows/Linux servers).

● Hands-on experience with configuring firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

● Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

● Ability to install and configure software and hardware for new employees.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and documentation.

● Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a

plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
