Job Description

Title: Information Developer Experience: 1-5 Years Location: Hyderabad Skills: XML Authoring Tools, DITA Role Overview: The Information Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for business software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards within project timelines. This role collaborates closely with development teams and operates under general supervision, reporting to the Manager of Information Development. External communication is minimal. Key Responsibilities: Develops and publishes online user and administrator content, including documentation for new releases. Researches and gathers technical and business requirements to produce clear, structured documentation. Crafts content that enhances user understanding and usability without redundancy. Ensures documentation accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards. Actively contributes to projects, engages in constructive discussions, and builds on team ideas. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, Information Design, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Strong command of English with excellent writing and communication skills. Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Experience with XML, HTML editors, and authoring tools; familiarity with markup languages. Proficiency in operating systems, file management, graphic design tools, and MS Office applications. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Industry-specific expertise. Ability to manage time efficiently for optimal productivity.
