Job Summary

The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions using IICS Teradata AWS and Snowflake. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and offers the opportunity to significantly impact the companys data strategy.Keyword : AIA - Chennai

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using IICS Teradata AWS and Snowflake to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of data from various sources to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure data solutions are scalable reliable and secure to support business growth and compliance.
Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and best practices.
Monitor and optimize data solutions for performance and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure data availability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on data projects.
Contribute to the companys data strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Support the development of data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.
Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in IICS Teradata AWS and Snowflake demonstrating a strong technical background.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Display strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
Have a deep understanding of data governance and best practices.
