Job Role: Infor LN CloudSuite
Location : Remote

TIME :- 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
1st level support Infor LN CloudSuite automotive TASKS*
6+YEARS
• Receive and process support requests via the ticket system
• Analyze, classify, and resolve incidents in 1st level support
• Handle support cases independently or in close cooperation with the core team at headquarters
• Identify and escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support when required. • Document and prepare recurring problems and solution approaches
PROFILE
• Several years of professional experience in Infor LN
• Preferably with CloudSuite Automotive knowledge
• Experience in the following logistics areas: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Shipment Execution, Handling Units
• Preferred understanding of automotive processes
• Preferably with Automotive Exchange knowledge
• Preferred experience with one logistic multi-finance company setup • Understanding of ITIL processes (especially Incident and Problem Management) • Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; German or Spanish skills are an advantage
• Experience with Matrix42 is an advantage
