We are hiring....Job Description: Infor Lawson Payroll IT AnalystExperience: 7 to 10 yearsJob Location: HYD (WFO)Timings: EST or CSTRequired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science,Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience * 3-5 years of experience with Infor Lawson HCM applications,specifically Payroll module * 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience or payrollsystems support * Experience with Lawson S3 (System Foundation) architecture andLSF/Process Flow automation * Demonstrated experience with system implementations, upgrades, ormigrationsTechnical Skills * Strong knowledge of Infor Lawson modules: PR (Payroll), HR (HumanResources), PA (Personnel Administration), BN (Benefits) * Proficiency with Lawson reporting tools (BIRT, Crystal Reports, orLawson BI) * Experience with Lawson Security, Process Flow, and Import/Exportutilities * Understanding of relational databases (SQL queries) and datamanagement * Familiarity with integration tools and file transfer protocols(SFTP,APIs) * Knowledge of Windows/Unix operating systems and basic scriptingFunctional Knowledge * Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes, taxcalculations, and garnishments * Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations andcompliance requirements * Understanding of HR and benefits administration processes andtheir impact on payroll * Familiarity with time and attendance systems and integration withpayrollSoft Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention todetail * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technicalaudiences * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment * Customer service orientation with a focus on end-user satisfactionPreferred Qualifications* Infor Lawson certification or formal training * Experience with Infor CloudSuite or Lawson cloud environments * Knowledge of Landmark technology and Infor OS * Experience with payroll interfaces to benefits vendors, 401kproviders, and banking systems * Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar payrollcertification * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Knowledge of HR analytics and data visualization toolsInterested guys, kindly share your updated profile to pavani@sandvcapitals.com or reach us on 7995292089 Thank you.
