Role: Influencer / PR Marketing Manager
What You’ll Own
You will shape how the world sees, hears, and feels RUMI.From influencer partnerships to UGC pipelines to PR storytelling — you’ll build the brand’s cultural presence across social media and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers across beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and fragrance.
- Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC — briefs, scripts, content calendars, and creative direction.
- Manage the complete influencer funnel: outreach, onboarding, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to position RUMI as a global Indian luxury brand.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, editors, journalists, and relevant publication houses.
- Work closely with the founder and creative team to ensure the brand voice and aesthetic are consistent.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media content that authentically represents the brand’s spirit — aspirational, modern, sensory, and rooted in Indian artistry.
- Track metrics across social, influencer, and PR campaigns; optimise based on learnings.
- Stay on top of beauty/luxury trends, content formats, competitor movements, and cultural moments.
- Support launch campaigns, events, gifting initiatives, and collaborations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media for a D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong network of creators, agencies, and media contacts (a big plus).
- Deep understanding of content, storytelling, trends, and what makes a brand culturally relevant.
- Taste-driven — you know what looks premium, what feels authentic, and what resonates.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- High ownership mindset; comfortable with fast-paced, startup-style execution.
- Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury branding is a bonus (and will definitely help).
