Location: [On-site] Job DescriptionSprint Upp is looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Manager with 6 months or more experience to manage and scale influencer campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, collaboration management, and campaign execution. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables Negotiate commercials and manage influencer budgets Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports Maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and platform updates Coordinate with internal marketing and social media teams RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Basic knowledge of campaign analytics and reporting Creative mindset with attention to detail Preferred Skills (Bonus)Experience working with agencies or brands Knowledge of reels, short-form video trends, and creator economy Familiarity with influencer tools and CRM platforms What We OfferOpportunity to work with multiple brands and creators Growth-oriented and creative work environment Hands-on learning and career advancement opportunities
