Influencer Marketing Manager (Global)

As an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the global influencer strategy and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Your role will involve defining and executing a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, managing influencer partnerships, planning and overseeing influencer campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals. - Build influencer programs balancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ROI on influencer spends. - Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across regions (macro, micro, and nano tiers), building long-term partnerships with creators, KOLs, and agencies. - Plan, launch, and oversee influencer campaigns across various platforms, ensuring deliverables are met and campaigns align with brand identity. - Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports with insights and recommendations, and continuously refine influencer strategies based on data and industry trends. - Manage and mentor an influencer marketing team, collaborate closely with other marketing teams, and act as a bridge between regional teams and global marketing leadership. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performance campaigns. - Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, tracking, attribution models, and analytics platforms. - Experience with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred. - Strong project management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills. - Comfortable working across multiple time zones and regions.
