Role Description

Influencer & Collaboration Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
• Assist in managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate collaboration deals and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers.
• Work with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
• Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collabs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, UGC, Instagram, and YouTube trends.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple creators at once.
• Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
