Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Sudathi, you will be responsible for building and leading creator partnerships to drive reach, engagement, and sales. Your role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms to amplify the brand voice and connect with millions of shoppers in India. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end execution of campaigns that fuel festive moments and boost Sudathi's visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. - Establish a robust influencer network ranging from micro creators to celebrities. - Identify and onboard influencers that resonate with Sudathi's voice and brand positioning. - Manage campaign briefs, contracts, deliverables, and timelines efficiently. - Monitor campaign performance using engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI metrics. - Lead festive and trend-driven campaigns to enhance traffic, visibility, and sales. - Collaborate with content, performance, and design teams for seamless campaign execution. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator management. - Thorough understanding of the social media and influencer ecosystem in India. - Proficient in negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills. - Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights. - Prior experience in the fashion or D2C industry is considered a plus. Additional Details: You have the opportunity to be part of a high-growth D2C brand with national visibility, working on campaigns that influence trends and festivals across India. Please note that this is a remote role based out of Surat HQ, requiring applicants to either reside in Surat or be open to relocation.
