Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an influencer marketing executive located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for :

Identify, reach out, and build long-term relationships with influencers across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories.

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns (barter + paid).

Coordinate product seeding and campaign deliverables.

Track influencer performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.

Manage influencer databases and keep reports up to date.

Collaborate with social media and creative teams for campaign ideas and briefs.

Requirements:

Strong Communication skills

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty or D2C industry preferred).

Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers

Understanding of the Instagram & YouTube platforms

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines efficiently.
