Influencer Marketing Executive – Fashion

Role Overview:

Maniac is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to drive influencer-led storytelling and brand visibility. This role involves owning the entire lifecycle of influencer collaborations from identifying talent and creating briefs to ensuring timely execution and reporting. The work is fast-paced, fashion-centric, and deeply connected to our community of trend-followers.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Onboarding

• Shortlist and onboard creators who fit Maniac aesthetic and audience.
• Maintain an updated database of fashion influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

Content & Brief Creation

• Develop clear briefs, scripts, and creative directions tailored to each influencer.
• Ensure content reflects brand styling, tone, and fashion sensibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, production) for campaign alignment.

Campaign Execution

• Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and agencies.
• Track deliverables, approvals, posting schedules, and content quality.
• Ensure all campaigns go live on time and follow brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Measure campaign outcomes using platform analytics and internal KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, learnings, and ROI.
• Identify scalable creator partnerships based on data insights.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of influencer marketing experience

  specifically in the fashion industry

• Strong understanding of influencer culture, short-form content trends, and fashion communication.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be
