Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Associate based in Noida. The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with influencers, developing social media marketing strategies, coordinating public relations campaigns, and supporting sales effort. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential collaborations, monitoring campaign performance, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure the success of influencer-driven campaigns.

• Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations

• Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies

• Experience in Sales, including driving engagement and conversions

• Ability to build positive relationships with influencers and stakeholders

• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign performance evaluation

• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience in the digital marketing or recruitment industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
