Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Executive role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers across various platforms, and assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include coordinating with influencers for content creation, approvals, and timely deliveries, researching and onboarding new creators aligned with our brand campaigns, and tracking campaign performance to prepare insightful reports. The role also involves supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and overall campaign activities. 

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships and negotiate effectively
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunity areas for business growth
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
• Previous experience in sales or marketing, particularly in digital or influencer marketing, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
