Job responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential influencers based on target audience, engagement metrics, and brand alignment.

Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers, managing content deadlines, and overseeing deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and partners.

Collaborate with influencers to develop content that aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing contracts, and maintaining campaign documentation.

stay up to date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitive activities to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on influencer or social media marketing.

strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with influencer marketing tools or platforms is a plus.
