Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage influencer collaborations and execute influencer marketing campaigns end to end. The role involves influencer sourcing, coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and delivery
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Maintain and update an influencer database
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging creators
• Support internal marketing and brand teams

Required Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Creative mindset with attention to details
