Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Influencer Management Associate to join our Brand Marketing team.

You’ll work directly on building the next wave of Troovy’s creator-led storytelling — from mommy influencers to kid creators to category-based voices.

Your job is to manage influencer relationships end-to-end, deliver high-impact campaigns, and help bring Troovy’s mission to life through creators who genuinely love the brand.



What you'll bring to the table:

  • Manage and scale Troovy’s influencer network across mom creators, food creators, kids creators, lifestyle creators, and micro communities.
  • Source, evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with influencers across Instagram, YouTube & Reels-first creators.
  • Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — Timelines, approvals, deliverables, payments.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing & creative teams to build strong narratives and creative briefs.
  • Track performance of influencer content and optimize for reach, engagement & cost efficiency.
  • Build relationships with agencies for barter, paid & hybrid collaborations.
  • Ensure brand tonality, values, and storytelling stay consistent across all collaborations.
  • Identify new formats, trends, and creators that fit Troovy’s voice (fun, kid-first, honest).


What we're on a lookout for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management.
  • Experience in 

    FMCG, lifestyle, D2C or consumer brands

     preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram + YouTube creator ecosystem.
  • Excellent people skills — must know how to talk, negotiate & maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized with great follow-up and execution skills.
  • Ability to write strong briefs and evaluate creative output.
  • Someone who loves creators, enjoys fast-paced work, and doesn’t shy away from big ideas.
