Influencer Marketing Associate

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, your role will involve researching, identifying, and onboarding influencers, creators, and brand advocates across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will assist in negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines with influencers and coordinate product seeding campaigns. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the influencer database, campaign trackers, and performance metrics. It will be essential for you to monitor influencer content for compliance with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal requirements. Collaborating with social media, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging will also be part of your duties. Keeping up to date on influencer trends, skincare industry news, and competitor campaigns is crucial. Providing regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI will be key to your success in this role.
