• Research, identify, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand advocates across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Assist in negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines with influencers.
• Coordinate product seeding campaigns, including selecting influencers, shipping products, and tracking results.
• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
• Maintain and update the influencer database, campaign trackers, and performance metrics.
• Monitor influencer content for compliance with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with social media, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay up to date on influencer trends, skincare industry news, and competitor campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing in beauty/skincare industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and social media trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
