Role Overview:

Influencer Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Scouting & Research:

• Identify and recruit

  nano (1K–10K)

  and

  micro (10K–100K)

  influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
• Evaluate influencers based on

  engagement, content quality, audience authenticity, and niche alignment

  .
• Build and maintain a curated database of vetted creators relevant to different campaign categories.

Campaign Execution & Management:

• Assist in crafting influencer briefs tailored to nano/micro creators, with clear deliverables and tone of voice.
• Coordinate communication, ensure

  timely content delivery

  , and track all posts/stories for live campaigns.
• Handle troubleshooting, revisions, and creator follow-ups to ensure campaign consistency.

Negotiation & Relationship Building:

• Manage contracts,

  negotiate deliverables and rates

  within budget constraints, and ensure value-driven partnerships.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with high-performing nano and micro creators.

Campaign Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor content quality and campaign performance across metrics like

  views, engagement rate, saves, shares

• Compile post-campaign performance reports and use learnings to refine strategy for future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with the creative, social, and content teams to ensure influencer output is aligned with brand and campaign messaging.
• Share platform and creator trends to inspire creative ideation and upcoming briefs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience

  in influencer marketing, with hands-on exposure to

  nano and micro influencer campaigns
