• Ensure talent complies with brand guidelines and delivers top-tier performance
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure talent satisfaction and client expectations are met

Brand Acquisition & Campaign Strategy

• Secure brand partnerships and close high-value deals with aligned companies
• Pitch and present the agency’s capabilities to AI, SaaS, tech, and innovation-focused brands
• Collaborate with brands to plan creative campaigns tailored to their goals and target audiences
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: from briefing to reporting and optimization
• Deliver campaign insights and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Relationship Management & Growth

• Build and maintain a CRM of both influencer and brand partners
• Nurture long-term relationships with creators and clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
• Stay on top of global trends in influencer marketing, AI, branding, and digital performance

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in influencer acquisition, talent management, or brand partnerships
• Strong international network—or the ability to build one quickly
• Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for branding, creators, and tech
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your role end-to-end
