Lead and manage all aspects of industry visits under the Outclass program.
Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with industry partners across sectors.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including students, Outclass team members, operations, and partner organizations.
Plan and execute weekend industry visits, ensuring smooth logistics and a high-quality experience.
Accompany student cohorts on field visits, ensuring safety, decorum, and learning outcomes.
Engage students meaningfully before, during, and after visits to drive participation and reflection.
Maintain visit records, feedback reports, and operational documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive projects.
Comfort with working weekends (compensated with weekday offs).
Passion for working with students and shaping real-world learning with a blend of empathy and assertiveness in interactions.
Willingness to travel and accompany students during visits.
