  Industry & Functional Expertise:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in one or more industries, including

  Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, and Semiconductors

  .
• Possess

  cross-functional expertise

  to engage in technology-agnostic business process discussions with

  senior client leadership

  .
• Expertise across key business functions such as

  Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales

  .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree

  in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in

  SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects

  .
• Strong understanding of

  business processes across industries

  , with the ability to engage in

  C-level conversations

  .
• Experience leading

  end-to-end SAP projects

  , from

  solution architecture to implementation

  .
• Ability to

  drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and align SAP capabilities with business goals

  .

• Thought Leadership & Asset Development:

• Develop and publish

  cutting-edge insights, Point of Views (POVs), and industry articles

  to drive innovation in

  SAP-led transformations

  .
• Design and build

  assets that differentiate SAP S/4HANA capabilities

  and accelerate transformation projects.

• Networking & Business Development:

• Build and maintain

  strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

  .
• Identify and

  proactively address pain points

  for existing clients, expanding business opportunities.
• Lead

  S/4HANA proposal responses

  , engaging experts and creating compelling business cases.
• Support practice leadership in identifying and developing

  new SAP business opportunities

  .
• Own the

  end-to-end solution

  , collaborating with stakeholders and managing project risks, budget, and timelines.
• Provide

  client advisory services

  on

  SAP S/4HANA adoption and roadmap strategies

  to overcome business challenges.
• Lead

  design workshops

  with clients, conduct

  requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis

  across multiple SAP modules.
• Manage

  cross-functional teams

  and oversee project execution from

  blueprint, design, and development to implementation

  .

• Solution Architecture Leadership:

• Guide clients through

  SAP S/4HANA-led transformation

  , helping them realize value by addressing key business challenges.
• Lead solutioning efforts, working with proposal teams to craft

  strategic and differentiated proposals

• Leverage

  to drive business improvements and align transformation initiatives with industry best practices.
