Position: Industrial Training - International Taxation & Transfer Pricing

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Transfer Pricing Coordination:

• Provide assistance in the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation.

2. Corporate Tax Matters:

• Involvement in ensuring compliance like Advance tax payment, TDS, computation, tax review with Corporate / Mgmt. /tax advisors and Group /Finance Controller teams for group holding companies

3. Tax Accounting:

• Support & coordinate for the computation of Current tax & Defer tax.
• Support & coordinate for the calculation & Analysis of Effective tax rate (ETR).

4. Withholding Tax (WHT) Applicability:

• Assisting in the Finalization of WHT rate for cross-border transactions.
• Reference to Tax Treaty (Double Tax Avoidance Agreement) for WHT applicability & rate.

5. Supportive Role:

• Support Global Tax Team in executing tax strategies and transfer pricing policies.
• Supporting Tax analysis as per local and global Regulations for any tax advisory, structuring, acquisitions/M&A, projects

Qualifications:

• Articleship requirement as per ICAI guidelines should be completed.
• Articleship in Big 4 firms/Top 20 big firms in corporate tax and/or transfer pricing are preferred.
• Should have basic knowledge/exposure of corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, WHT, Treaty and other Tax compliances.
