Job Title:
Industrial Trainee - Finance & Accounting(For Semi-Qualified CAs)Company Overview:Sigmoid Analytics is a fast-growing data and analytics company that works with global enterprises to deliver real-time business insights. As part of our Finance & Accounting expansion, we are hiring Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter cleared) for a hands-on role in core finance functions.Location:Sigmoid Analytics2nd Floor, Tower-2, SJR I PARK,Road Number 9, EPIP Zone, Whitefield,Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066Duration:

6 months – Full-time
Conversion opportunity to full-time role after CA qualification based on performance

Who Can Apply:

Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter cleared – one or both groups)
Currently pursuing CA internship or articleship
Willing to complete CA qualification in the future
Open to taking on a permanent accounting role after qualifying

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping entries
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) and maintain documentation
Calculate and deduct TDS, especially payroll-related
File TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and issue Form 16A
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
Perform ledger reconciliations for vendors, employees, and banks
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards
Prepare audit schedules and assist in responding to audit queries

Skills Required:

Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter)
Background in audit, core accounting, compliance, and taxation
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and filing procedures
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiar with accounting tools like Tally, SAP, Zoho, or QuickBooks
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
