Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and the Experience Centre team.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance and facility management activities.
• Provide regular updates and status reports on equipment, infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and partner organization representatives.
• Assist during client visits, demos, and events conducted at the Experience Centre.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and maintenance standards.
• Support administrative and logistical arrangements for day-to-day operations.
• Learn and assist with new technologies or projects as needed.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility support, maintenance coordination, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle on-site operational issues efficiently.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, applications, and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
