Job Description

Position: Industrial Sales Engineer – Sugar Industry

Location: Pune / Kolhapur, Sagali Maharashtra

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Education: Diploma, B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities :

Manage technical sales of sugar plant equipment and associated services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, departments, and key stakeholders.
Handle liaisoning activities with relevant authorities and project partners.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
Follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.
2–4 years of experience in the sugar industry or industrial technical sales.
Strong technical understanding of sugar plant machinery and processes is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel as per project and client requirements.
