Industrial Relations (IR) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective industrial relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and sustain healthy relationships with employees, union representatives, and labor authorities.
• Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations.
• Represent the company in labor court cases, conciliations, and negotiations.
• Drive employee engagement at sites and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation related to IR activities, settlements, and compliance records.
• Manage IR risks and proactively address potential labor issues across project sites.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  15 to 20 years in

  Industrial Relations

  , preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or

  Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar)

  sectors.

• Communication:

  Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.

• Presentation:

  Well-presented, confident, and capable of representing the company externally.

• Knowledge:

  In-depth knowledge of labor laws, IR best practices, and statutory obligations.

• Education:

  Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines.
