What You’ll Do

Industrial Designer

Key

• Create

  concept sketches, CAD models, renderings, and prototypes

  to communicate design intent.

• Prototype

  and

  test mechanical parts

  using additive and subtractive manufacturing, and other rapid digital prototyping techniques.
• Create

  photorealistic renders, product animations, and visual assets

  for marketing, investor decks, and expos.

• Designing novel mechanisms

  using a

  creative thought process

  and taking them from

  idea → prototype

  .
• Take

  end-to-end ownership

  of the product design process, ensuring compliance with

  world-class mechanical engineering standards

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in

  Industrial Design

  /

  Product Design

  /

  Mechanical Engineering

  /

  Architecture

  , or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  mechanism design, prototypes, renders/animations

  , and

  engineering or design rigor

  .
• Proficiency in

  CAD tools

  (SolidWorks, OnShape, Fusion 360, Rhino, etc.) and

  visualization software

  (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of

  mechanical principles, tolerances, materials, and strength analysis

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  rapid prototyping

  .
• Demonstrated ability to

  take ownership of a product

  and push it through to

  production-level quality

  .

Must-Have Skills

• Strong CAD modeling skills

  (parts, assemblies, constraints, mechanical detailing) – Mandatory

• Proof of work

  is mandatory – Portfolio
• Passion for working with

  real hardware

  and solving real-world problems in

  agritech
