Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Industrial Automation Trainer specializing in PLC & SCADA. The Industrial Automation Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and providing technical support. The role includes setting up and maintaining training equipment, delivering hands-on learning experiences, and assessing trainee performance. Additionally, the trainer will stay updated on the latest industrial automation technologies and trends to ensure the curriculum remains current.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training materials
• Strong technical support skills
• Hands-on experience with training equipment setup and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of the latest industrial automation technologies and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar training role is a plus
