Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of GST-related transactions into the system. Verifying the accuracy of GST calculations and ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations. Assisting in the reconciliation of GST data with financial records to identify any discrepancies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as finance and accounting teams, to gather necessary information for GST compliance. Assisting in the maintenance and organization of GST-related documents and records. Responding to queries and requests from internal stakeholders regarding GST compliance and reporting. Assisting in the resolution of any GST-related issues or disputes, including liaising with tax authorities if required. Staying updated on changes in GST laws, regulations, and guidelines and ensuring compliance with any new requirements. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of GST software and tools. Providing support in conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure GST compliance. Assisting in the preparation of reports and analysis related to GST compliance and reporting. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GST compliance and reporting. Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to GST compliance. Requirements for an Execution Staff in GST may include: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial transactions. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Proficiency in using GST software and other relevant tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in GST laws and regulations. Prior experience in GST compliance or a related field may be preferred, but not always required.
