Senior Lead - Taxation

Role Overview: As a Senior Lead - Taxation, you will be responsible for various tax-related activities including Indian accounting standards, ITR preparation, advance tax, direct and indirect taxation, preparation and finalization of financial statements, handling of income tax notices, FEMA Act compliance, income tax, GST, TDS, stakeholder management, and team handling. Your role will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in Indian accounting standards, ITR preparation, and advance tax - Expertise in direct taxation and indirect taxation - Proficiency in preparation and finalization of financial statements and handling income tax notices - In-depth knowledge of FEMA Act, income tax, GST, and TDS - Experience in stakeholder management and team handling Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience - CA/CMA Qualified - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Details: The company operates in the Airlines, Aviations & Broadcasting industry.
