Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Commi 1st to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in the kitchen.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Indian Commi 1st or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including cookers, ovens, and refrigerators.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
