As an Indian Chef at Premium Resto Lounge, your role involves preparing and presenting authentic Indian dishes with premium quality and consistency. You will be responsible for planning menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely food preparation. It is crucial to maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI and restaurant standards. Additionally, you will supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth coordination during service hours. Managing inventory, minimizing wastage, and controlling food costs will also be part of your responsibilities. Your creativity will be valued as you innovate and introduce new dishes aligning with customer preferences and lounge standards.
