Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine)
We’re looking for an experienced CDP – Indian Cuisine to lead and manage the Indian section of our kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing authentic curries, tandoor items, and regional dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in Indian kitchens (hotel or fine dining), excellent leadership and teamwork skills, and a passion for Indian flavors.
Culinary qualification preferred.
