Job Description

Job Summary:
The Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes with consistent quality and presentation. He/She will manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent taste and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North & South Indian preferred).
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety procedures.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist in cost control.
  • Develop new recipes and improve menu items.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an Indian Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and regional cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented, creative, and disciplined.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
