Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian cuisine with consistency and quality.
  • Skilled in various regional Indian dishes including curries, gravies, biryanis, and vegetarian/non-vegetarian preparations.
  • Plan and execute menu items in coordination with the Head Chef.
  • Ensure proper use of spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.
  • Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Supervise kitchen operations and guide commis and helpers during food preparation.
  • Monitor food storage, inventory, and kitchen hygiene as per safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooking area at all times.
  • Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy service hours.
  • Uphold restaurant quality, hygiene, and safety protocols consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
