Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate documentation including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, and title reports
• Conduct title verification and legal due diligence for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Advise clients on RERA compliance, land acquisition, redevelopment, and regulatory approvals
• Represent clients in real estate litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before regulatory authorities
• Liaise with government departments for registration, mutation, and compliance matters
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal process templates and knowledge tools
• Align deliverables with firms operational standards and KRA/KPI frameworks
  

Qualifications And Skills

• LL.B. from a recognized university; enrolled with a State Bar Council
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law
• Strong understanding of property laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration laws, and municipal regulations
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools; working knowledge of Excel preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
