IndiaLaw LLP is seeking to appoint a Legal Associate for its Hyderabad office, with a specialization in NCLT proceedings and corporate litigation.
Legal Associate - NCLT
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
Corporate Disputes before NCLT
Handle matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and legal notices.
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
Coordinate with Insolvency Professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
Support senior counsel in litigation strategy and execution.
LL.B. from a recognized university.
2- 3 years of PQE in NCLT and corporate litigation preferred.
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IBC procedures and Telangana/AP land laws is a plus.
